Responsibilities
- Receives documents and appropriately refers all public complaints and feedback
- Assist in Coordinating with Internal and External units to resolve clients issue
- Assists in Preparing monthly reports on Feedback monitoring of External Complaints/ Inquiries/ Request.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
