- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, excellent English communication, effective scheduling, time management, and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet visitors, manage appointment scheduling, answer inquiries, and provide administrative support.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, regular interaction with clients and staff.
