We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day activities of our shipping container transport and self-pack removals business. The role is hands-on, requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep people and containers moving efficiently across Australia.

• Manage and coordinate container transport schedules across rail and road networks
• Oversee bookings, allocations, and compliance (quarantine, local council restrictions, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy in quoting, invoicing, and container hire management
• Lead and support the operations team to meet service standards and deadlines
• Monitor performance data, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or container transport operations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of interstate transport networks and rail hub operations preferred
• Comfortable with CRM and scheduling systems
• Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction
