Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement menus aligned with culinary trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality and sustainability.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player, strong operations and inventory management skills, computer literate, effective written and verbal communication.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and excellent documentation skills.
