Core Responsibilities

Develop high-performance, highly reliable cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using Flutter and Dart;

Integrate leading Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, OKX Wallet) to enable secure private key management, transaction signing, and on-chain transaction capabilities;

Collaborate closely with product and UI/UX teams to faithfully implement design mockups, optimizing mobile interaction details and load performance;

Contribute to mobile architecture design, driving the development of foundational capabilities such as componentization, state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc), local storage, and error monitoring;

Partner with risk control and security teams to implement anti-phishing, anti-tampering, and secondary verification for sensitive operations;

Support rapid rollout of critical features during the cold-start phase (e.g., referral campaigns, airdrops, user onboarding).

Qualifications

3+ years of mobile development experience, including at least 1 year of commercial Flutter project work, with end-to-end app launch and maintenance experience;

Expertise in Dart and a deep understanding of Flutter framework fundamentals, rendering mechanisms, and performance optimization techniques;

Hands-on experience in Web3 mobile development, familiar with ethers.dart/web3dart, the WalletConnect protocol, and on-chain transaction workflows;

Solid knowledge of native Android and iOS platforms, capable of resolving platform-specific issues or implementing Platform Channels when needed;

Strong focus on code quality, with experience in Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines;

Proactive communicator in early-stage teams, able to respond swiftly and adapt to evolving requirements;

Proficient in reading and writing technical documentation in English, with the ability to consult Web3 SDK documentation.
