Duties and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing flower arrangements for daily deliveries
• Responsible for preparing floral containers, required props, floral foams and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery.
• Responsible for cutting stems, keeping flowers watered and fresh.
• Discarding wilting or dead arrangements.
• Other tasks that may be required which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties.

• Floral Design: Understanding of different floral styles, color palettes, and techniques for creating arrangements.
• Plant Care: Knowledge of various flower and plant varieties, their needs, and how to ensure their longevity.
• Practical Skills: Proficiency in preparing, constructing, and maintaining floral arrangements.
