岗位职责：
1、需求管理：负责业务线的需求对接、需求分析及初步评估；
3、产品设计：负责产品功能设计，参与业务流程及逻辑定义，输出产品原型及需求文档；
4、产品交付：跟跟进产品功能开发及交付验收，为客户体验负责；
5、产品迭代：对产品及用户数据进行分析，发现潜在问题并提出优化建议和方案，推进迭代版本更新；
6、项目管理：参与大规模需求相关的项目规划及实现，全流程参与项目管理；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，至少有1年及以上B端产品岗位工作经验，有移动端APP产品设计经验者优先；
2、学习能力强，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够独立思考产品设计方案；
3、执行能力强，同时有责任心和ownership，具有自驱力的进行项目推动；
4、日常工作中可使用英文进行书面沟通，英语口语表达流利者优先；
