Junior Product Manager Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Management: Liaise with business units to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and perform preliminary evaluations. 2. Product Design: Design product features, participate in defining business processes and logic, and deliver product prototypes and requirement documents. 3. Product Delivery: Track feature development and delivery acceptance, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 4. Product Iteration: Analyze product and user data to identify potential issues, propose optimization recommendations, and drive iterative updates. 5. Project Management: Participate in the planning and execution of large-scale, requirement-driven projects, managing the full project lifecycle. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least one year of experience in B2B product roles; mobile app product design experience is a plus. 2. Strong learning ability, excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills, and the capacity to independently develop product design solutions. 3. Highly execution-focused, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation for project advancement. 4. CET-4 certification or equivalent; able to use written English in daily work; fluent spoken English is preferred.
