Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Communicate with clients regarding payment issues
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator.
