Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial planning and insurance solutions based on clients’ needs and goals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct financial consultations (online or face-to-face)

• Generate and manage leads through networking and social media

• Attend trainings, mentoring sessions, and team meetings

• Achieve personal and team performance targets

Qualifications:

• College graduate

• With at least 5 years of sales or client-facing experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn

• Open to hybrid work setup within NCR
