Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients

• Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and account servicing
• Conduct regular financial reviews and offer advice based on changing client needs or market trends
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications:

• College graduate (any course)
• Previous experience in sales, banking, real estate, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Must be willing to undergo Pru Life UK’s training and licensing process
• Open to flexible work schedules and field/remote client engagements
