- Sales and Marketing: Identify and solicit potential clients through various channels like referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Needs Assessment: Analyze clients' needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Policy Advice: Explain the features, benefits, and limitations of different insurance policies.
- Application and Processing: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- Policy Maintenance: Review existing policies periodically and recommend adjustments based on life changes.
- Claim Assistance: Help clients navigate the claims process and ensure timely settlements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, manage paperwork, and handle policy renewals.
- No prior experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate of any 4year college course
- 21-40 years old
- Willing to be trained (Online via zoom)
- Can work at least 1-3 hours per day
- Have a device like ipad, tablet, or laptop
- With stable internet connection of at least 10mbps
