  • Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial discrepancies.
  • Supervise a team of finance staff and provide training.
  • Identify financial improvement opportunities and implement effective controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • With 5 years of solid experience in accounting/finance and bookkeeping fields, including supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge in A/R, billing, financial reconciliations and payroll tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), accounting systems/software and data entry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
