Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and reporting.
- Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
- Conduct audits and assist in tax preparations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, competitive analysis, asset management, market research, financial statement preparation, analytics and reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, conducting risk assessments, and preparing financial reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve long hours during fiscal closing periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
