Job Description
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, monitor actual performance against targets, and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Financial Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to guide business planning and decision-making.
