Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for the organization.
- Manage budgeting processes and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
- Educational Qualifications: CPA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Management, financial planning and forecasting, and SAP.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work; may require overtime during month-end closes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
