Position Summary:

We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Specialist / Bookkeeper to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, account payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, and basic financial reporting.


You will help turn financial data into usable dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions to run the business. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and financial data analysis and have a strong track record in resolving complex financial situations This is not a CFO-type strategy role, it is a systems-driven execution role for someone who enjoys clean books, reliable processes, and actionable reporting.


Job Details:

  • Work from home
  • Monday to Friday | 4 PM to 12 AM (Manila Time)
  • Following US Holidays


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate general ledger and bookkeeping
  • Generate and manage client invoicing
  • Accounts payable processing and vendor management
  • Payroll processing and coordination with CEO
  • Benefits administration tracking and reconciliation
  • Monthly financial reconciliations and close
  • Financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Budget vs. actual reporting
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards of key company metrics
  • Cash flow tracking
  • Assist with process improvement and financial workflows


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Strong accounting fundamentals
  • Payroll administration experience
  • Experience generating and managing invoices
  • QuickBooks (or similar) accounting system experience
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Comfortable building dashboards and reports
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong English communication
  • Process-oriented and deadline-driven
