Responsible for managing Full Sets of accounts, ensuring smooth month-end closing, preparing daily and monthly reports, and handling other financial tasks.
Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping and etc timely.
Prepare cash flow accounts, monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
Liaise with company’s bankers when necessary
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, LCCI, CAT or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Experience in IT/ Digital Marketing industry will have an added advantage
Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client
Computer literate (MS Office Software) with good knowledge in Excel and accounting software such as UBS, SQL Accounting Software.
Competent in Microsoft words and excel
Good interpersonal & communications skills to effectively, responsibility and trustworthy
