The Opportunity

To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Finance Associate will provide support to our Shared Services. This role is based in Philippines.

Your role in our team

• Maintain and update information in the Shared Services system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of actions.
• Coordinate actions and data with relevant parties in the process, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Generate and submit reports on time, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Conduct regular data quality monitoring to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, collaborating with the team to enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of processes.
• Review and update standard routines to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  
  
  

Is this role right for you?

• Good understanding of business processes and requirements especially in the Philippines and even Southeast Asian market.
• At least 2-3 years of experience required
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly within the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with local business practices and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
