  • Assist in managing financial records, budgets, and reports.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
  • Track and manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Monitor financial transactions and assist in audits and compliance.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to finance and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Previous experience in finance or operations (preferred).
