Schedule: Peak Hours – 7:00 PM–11:00 PM and 12:00 AM–4:00 AM (Philippine Time)

- Strong English proficiency (C2 preferred)

- TEFL/TESOL certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online preferred)

- TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

- Strong classroom management, creativity, and patience

- Confident English speaker with a warm, engaging teaching style

Required Teaching Setup: 

- Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500

- Peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headset

- Internet: Wired 25 Mbps + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)

- Power Backup: Minimum of 8 hours

Note: While prior ESL teaching experience is a plus, applicants with strong English skills and confident communication will be considered.
