Description

-Designs, reviews and implements improvements of the facility ie., civil works, plumbling and sanitary, electrical, housekeeping, etc.)

-Prepare and process OPEX and CAPEX

-In-charged for BFP safety inspection compliance

-Willing to travel nationwide for on-site inspection of various Sales Offices

-Set standards and procedures on facilities upkeep

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • Preferably with 2 years of work-related experience
  • Knowledgeable in structural design, engineering specifications and building codes
  • Proficient in CAD, Sketch Up, Advance MS Office
