Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling successful Facebook ad campaigns. As a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and analyzing advertising strategies to achieve our business goals.


  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across various objectives, including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics and interests for targeted advertising.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on ROI, CTR, and other key KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising features, trends, and best practices.
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Media Buyer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and audience targeting strategies.
  • Proficient in analyzing campaign data and creating actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in scaling ad budgets while maintaining performance metrics is a plus.
  • Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or similar platforms are a bonus.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in agency settings or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge of other advertising platforms like Google Ads or Tiktok ads is a plus
