Description

Do you have a passion for digital advertising and a knack for turning data into results? Are you a social media wiz who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, then we want you on our team!

We're looking for a talented Facebook Ads EXPERT to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting copy and providing direction to the creative team to optimize visuals for high-performing Facebook Ads. Also, you will be managing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that achieve our clients’ business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven Facebook advertising strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target the right users.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and guide creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Set up conversion tracking and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing, campaign analysis, and reporting
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate campaign results and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year experience in Facebook advertising 
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding options.
  • Proven ability to create high-converting ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with conversion API tracking and attribution modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for social media marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience with landing page optimization.
  • A strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
