• Job Title: Legal Counsel - Corporate Affairs and Regulatory Compliance

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join the Dubai legal team. This position will provide comprehensive legal support for internal operations, regulatory matters, labor relations, and commercial collaboration projects. The scope of work includes not only local legal affairs in the UAE but also cross-border legal compliance matters involving multiple jurisdictions related to the company’s business.

Core Responsibilities

• Corporate and internal legal affairs
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating internal contracts, confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements, and other legal document templates
• Managing the company’s intellectual property (including multi-jurisdictional trademark registrations and maintenance)
• Providing labor law consultation for multinational employment (full-time employees, contractors, and service providers)
• Oversight of collaboration and compliance
• Assisting in responding to inquiries, enforcement inspections, and audits from multiple regulatory agencies
• Preparing formal response letters, fact statements, and evidence material packages
• Collaborating with the compliance team and external counsel to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Commercial legal support
• Participating in legal due diligence and risk assessments for vendors/partners/investors
• Coordinating and completing the KYB (Know Your Business) and contract signing processes for business partners
• Reviewing and negotiating partnership agreements, memorandums of understanding, and service terms

• Bachelor's degree in Law, with a valid license to practice in any jurisdiction
• 2-6 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or compliance
• Experience in intellectual property management, contract negotiation, and regulatory communication
• Preference for candidates with familiarity in virtual assets, financial technology, or high-growth technology sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Lark
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English legal documents
