- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Analytical skills to support decision making
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and professionalism
