Executive Assistant

Job Description
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and handle expense reporting via SAP Concur or comparable platforms.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining tone and style consistency.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including coordination of participants, agendas, and follow-ups.
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant.
- Full Time/Temporary Onsite, then possible WFH
- Prior experience working with a US-based client.
- Experience with SAP Concur for travel and expense reporting (strongly preferred; similar tools may be considered).
- MS Office Skills: Proficient to Expert level (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
