- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in project management and special initiatives as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of executive assistant experience in a corporate environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional overtime expected.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
