- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and strategic planning initiatives.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant executive support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; adept in time and calendar management, program management, and business planning.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with high-pressure situations; flexibility may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to manage people effectively, and proactive attitude.
