- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- College Graduate of business / accounting or any related Course
- With at least 3 years work experience
- Will be assigned at Bagong Barrio Caloocan
- With pleasing Personality
- Can work independently
