- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, reports, and documents.
- Manage Social media account and platforms
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- At least 3-5 years experience
- With Marketing background
- At least 5'2 feet in height
- Must be 30 to 40 years old
