Our founding engineer‑CEO and lean product squad ship code fast; we need an equally sharp operator who fuses business ops discipline with marketing savvy and technical depth.


Your Mission

Own the operating rhythm and the growth engine. You’ll translate high‑level company goals into structured projects, surface insights that guide our go‑to‑market strategy, and keep cross‑functional teams—engineering, product, marketing—moving in lock‑step.


Key Responsibilities

1 • Founder Enablement & Ops Backbone

  • Manage calendars, travel, and inbox triage with ruthless prioritization
  • Run weekly business reviews, action logs, and “Friday 5‑Minute” KPI briefs
  • Build lightweight SOPs for finance, HR, legal, and vendor onboarding; automate repetitive workflows (Zapier / Make.com / n8n)

2 • Marketing & Growth Insights

  • Partner with marketing to design experiments, segment audiences, and interpret funnel metrics (GA4, HubSpot, or Amplitude)
  • Conduct deep competitive research and market sizing to validate new product bets
  • Maintain a rolling content and campaign calendar; ensure deliverables hit launch dates

3 • Product & Project Program Management

  • Break OKRs into task boards (Notion / ClickUp), set milestones, and track deliverables across squads
  • Surface blockers early, coordinate sprint rituals, and document decisions for asynchronous clarity

4 • Investor & External Relations

  • Draft concise investor updates, manage the data room, and prep materials for demo days, conferences, and partnership talks
  • Research grants, accelerators, and technical alliances—then own end‑to‑end execution


  • +2 years in SaaS/tech ops, rev‑ops, growth marketing, consulting, or venture capital.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing analytics into operational action and ship projects on schedule.
  • Solid analytical chops: confident with SQL or BI dashboards and A/B‑test design.
  • System‑builder mindset—automate before you manually copy‑paste; fluent in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Sheets (pivot tables), Asana/ClickUp.
  • Crisp written and verbal English—one‑page memos, investor‑ready slides, concise Slack updates.
  • Type‑A follow‑through: color‑coded calendars, zero slipped deadlines, relentless attention to detail.
  • Thrive in startup chaos; “no job too small, no challenge too big” is your default mode.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in an early‑stage startup, chief‑of‑staff track, or scaling processes from scratch.
  • Exposure to AI, HR‑tech products, or ATS ecosystems.
  • Advanced Sheets/Excel modeling or Python for data wrangling.
  • Familiarity with CRM‑to‑analytics pipelines (Segment, RudderStack) and low‑code automations.
  • Public‑facing writing (blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn thought leadership).
  • Basic HTML/CSS or quick‑edit skills in Webflow/Figma for landing pages.
