- Provide administrative support to executives, managing schedules and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and clients.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management and team collaboration activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of business strategy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.
