POSITION: EVENTS LEAD AND BRAND PRESENTER

  • Serve as main point of contact for event; regional satellite offices, retail/mall partners, and exhibit organizers.
  • Represent Omni in meetings, ensuring proper communication and alignment of all details for the event such as schedules, requirements, and approvals for all participating parties
  • Host and present during product and brand presentations.
  • Confidently discuss Omni's products, features, and brand story to customers, clients, and partners.
  • Engage with the crowd, create excitement, and ensure strong brand representation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing Team in planning event concepts, schedule and timelines, and budget requests and liquidation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venue management for permits, layouts, booth designs, logistics, and other event requirements.
  • Prepare and manage event schedules, manpower assignments, and travel itineraries.
  • Ensure all materials, displays, and equipment are ready and delivered on time.
  • Lead the team during ingress (setup) and egress (dismantling) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise booth setup, product displays, technical requirements, and cleanliness of the event area.
  • Conduct final checks before event opening and handle any on-site issues promptly.
  • Travel nationwide to supervise events, caravans, and exhibits.
  • Ensure brand consistency and proper execution of Omni's marketing standards across all regions.
  • Prepare event reports including feedback, photos, sales results, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a database of event contacts, suppliers, and partners for future use.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Mass communication, Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts, Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, Events Management, or related field.
  • Experience in event planning, brand activation, or marketing operations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills - comfortable speaking to both large audiences and small groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; Familiarity with event or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating great event experiences.
