Description
- Organize and manage events, liaise with vendors, and create marketing materials.
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Manage budgets and track expenses.
- Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Maintain event timelines and project schedules.
- Evaluate and report on event success and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Job Title: Events Coordinator
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales and Marketing, editing, and written communication. Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require weekend and evening work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
