- Maintain order and oversee day to day activities of the clinic.
- Receive, schedule, and follow up patients for the clinic.
- Handle personal and digital inquiries for the clinic.
- Arrange and organize files, papers and activities for the clinic.
- Willing to also assist doctors and run errands for the clinic, as needed.
- Undergrad or any Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
- Experience as a clinic secretary is an advantage
- Pleasing personality
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, motivated
