Role Overview

EDGE Tutor is hiring experienced online educators with strong English proficiency to join our Premium Business English Team for adult learners.

This high-demand track supports professionals, executives, and career builders improving their English for international business communication and global career growth.

Teaching materials, structured programs, and coaching support are provided to ensure trainers are fully guided throughout their sessions.

Teaching Commitment

Available Teaching Blocks:

• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM

Peak Hours: High booking demand across all time blocks ensures consistent utilization.

• Minimum 25 teaching hours per week for part-time

• Two rest days weekly, with at least one weekend day preferred

Compensation

• ₱180–₱220 per hour (per booking)

• Average 90% booking rate

• Potential monthly earnings up to ₱40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Business English lessons for adult learners

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small group training sessions

• Focus on professional communication, fluency, and workplace English

• Provide personalized feedback to support learner progress

• Track attendance and learning outcomes

• Adapt teaching methods based on learner level and background

• Follow structured lesson frameworks and quality standards

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification

• Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level / EFSET equivalent)

Preferred Experience:

• Business English instruction

• Corporate training, BPO, VA, or client-facing roles

• ESL or online tutoring experience

No Teaching Experience Required

Technical Requirements
