Position: Online ESL Teacher for Young Learners (Ages 3-15) 

Employment Type: Remote | Flexible Hours 

Compensation: ₱100 per 25-min class 

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging online English lessons to beginner-level students
• Design structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals 
• Provide constructive feedback through progress reports 
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs  

• 5+ years combined online/offline teaching experience (minimum 3 years online) 
• Bachelor's degree (English/Education majors preferred) 
• Valid TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification 
• Native-like English pronunciation & clear articulation 
• Proven experience teaching absolute beginners  
• Proficiency in using computers. Stable internet connection and necessary teaching equipment (laptop, headset, etc.).
