  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns. 
  • Knowledgeable in terms of Labor Laws, DOLE Compliance, and HR Arbitration functions
  • Experience in NLRC Case negotiation and resolution is an advantage
  • Able to prepare a systematic compensation and benefits for the entire company
  • Strategizes employee's benefits such as HMO, Performances, Bonus, Incentives, etc.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions. 
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to enhance the work environment. 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. 
  • Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans. 
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practices in employee relations and conflict resolution. 
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of employee relations cases. 
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
