Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in electronics and supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and software.
  • Technical certification preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily electronics operations and staff activities.
  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage staff schedules and workload distribution.
  • Train and mentor electronics technicians and staff.
  • Maintain inventory of electronic components and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support projects.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on department performance and issues.
