Description

The Documentation Associate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining documentation related to client projects, contracts, reports, and other consultancy activities. The role involves organizing and categorizing documents using appropriate filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring proper version control, and adhering to standardized naming conventions for easy retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, label, and edit drilling sample photos; coordinate with the Operations Department to verify reports.
  • Organize project-related data and test results.
  • Edit location maps and soil profiles using AutoCAD.
  • Edit sample photos for clarity and accuracy
  • Prepare and format reports using company and client templates.
  • Review and check reports for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Print, bind, and finalize reports after evaluation.
  • Submit reports to the Geotechnical Engineer and Geologist for evaluation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and formatting of bidding documents
  • Filling of hard copies and backup digital documents securely for future reference.
  • Monitoring and maintaining document confidentiality, access control, storage, and reporting low capacity.
  • Engage in social media marketing by messaging potential clients and joining construction-related Facebook groups to generate leads and stay updated on industry opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients when needed.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to Project 8, Quezon City.
