Employment Type: Full-time with Philippine Employment Benefits, Health Care, Social Security Contribution, Paid Leave, 13-Month, etc.

Work Setup: Hybrid

  • Training & Onboarding: 2 weeks onsite
  • Post-Training: 1 day onsite per week

Must-Have: US eCommerce + Team Management Experience


Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support our financial reporting, bookkeeping, and operational finance functions. In this role, you will generate financial insights from DTC platforms, assist in budget planning, and refine financial processes for efficiency. You will also provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless execution of financial tasks. As you grow within the company, you will take on greater responsibility in financial strategy and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Reporting & Analysis:


  • Generate and analyze financial reports from DTC sales channels, including Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.
  • Evaluate sales data to identify trends, provide insights, and make budgetary recommendations to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and assist in cash flow management.


Bookkeeping & Accounting Support:

  • Work with the current finance team to refine and streamline accounting processes.
  • Handle smaller accounting tasks and ensure accurate data entry and reconciliations.
  • Support with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.


Operational & Administrative Assistance:

  • Take detailed notes during meetings and assist in follow-up action items.
  • Help manage schedules, document processes, and provide administrative support as needed.


Leadership in Financial Operations:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of current financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Take full responsibility for the company’s financial operations, including strategy, execution, and compliance.
  • Build and manage a finance team by hiring additional support when necessary.


Required Experience:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience with eCommerce logistics, including Amazon FBA, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and budgeting.
  • Strong familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify).
  • Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial management for DTC/eCommerce businesses.
  • Background in working with startups or high-growth companies.
  • Understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience working with accountants.
