Description
- Manage daily e-commerce operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee online order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor website functionality and optimize for user experience.
Requirements
- Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required; experience in e-commerce preferred.
- Experience Level: 2-3 years in e-commerce operations or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3), order fulfillment, data analysis, inventory management, site & content management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee order processes, analyze data for sales optimization, manage inventory, maintain website content, and enhance customer relations.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential remote work; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, adept in problem-solving, and culturally aware.
