Goldfish Group is a boutique CRO and digital strategy agency helping e-commerce brands turn browsers into buyers. We're looking for a strategic, detail-obsessed, and insight-driven data analyst to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

? This is not a "just-pull-the-data" role.

• We need someone who can spot trends, blips, and blind spots — and offer solutions before anyone even asks.

? What You'll Do

• Analyze e-commerce performance data across:
• Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale
• Build smart dashboards and visual reports that surface opportunities and issues
• Spot conversion bottlenecks, behavior shifts, sales anomalies
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Recommend and test strategies to improve sales, retention, LTV
• Leverage or suggest AI tools to streamline data workflows and reporting
• Join weekly/monthly strategy calls with the team or clients

? Who You Are

• A strategic thinker who doesn’t wait to be told what to analyze
• Sharp at interpreting e-commerce metrics, user behavior, and marketing funnels
• Experienced with tools like: Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale.
• Looker Studio / Power BI / Supermetrics (bonus)
• Comfortable exploring AI tools for automation or prediction
• Ideally has 1–3+ years experience in e-commerce analytics or CRO environments

• Mastery of the English Language.
• Confident and comfortable presenting reports to clients (good news or bad)
• Communicates insights clearly, especially to non-technical audiences
• We are a ship, not a canoe. Team communication is crucial in this role.

• ? You'll be our resident data guru — you will guide how we track, report, and optimize performance across client accounts.
