Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer accounts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved collections.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate action based on data insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on account status, payment performance, and collection metrics.
• Collaborate with collection agents, supervisors, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and aligned strategies.
• Conduct account reconciliations and validate payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
• Assist in forecasting and developing process improvements for collections workflow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data confidentiality standards.
