Dump Truck Driver

Job Description
- Operate dump trucks to transport and deliver materials to designated locations.
- Load and unload materials using hydraulic dump mechanisms safely and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and material tickets.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
- Ensure loads are secured, balanced, and within legal weight limits.
- Adhere to traffic laws, site rules, and occupational safety standards.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly to supervisors.
- Assist with minor maintenance (checking oil, tires, lights, brakes, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, dispatchers, and fellow drivers.
