- Transport and deliver packages to customers efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during deliveries.
- Follow designated routes and time schedules.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist drivers in loading, unloading, and securing deliveries
- Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 15kg as required for delivery operations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and any issues encountered
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery-related concerns
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and effective distribution of goods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in logistics operations
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in delivery driving or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in road transportation, vehicle maintenance, and driving skills; strong interpersonal skills; hold a valid driver's license.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor environment; occasional adverse weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, dependable, with strong time management and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to pass CTAP requirements
- Willing to travel in and outside metro manila
- Licenses 1, 2 ,3 and 8
- Location Parañaque City
- Preferably Stay In
- Weekly Salary
- Valid Driver's License for 4-wheel, 6-wheel, or 10-wheel vehicles
- Proven experience driving closed vans
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job (e.g., loading/unloading, long hours on the road)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel and handle routes across various locations
