Position Title: Document Controller (Engineering)

Location: Alabang

Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary: 18k - 20k

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of document management/admin experience in Oil & gas, instrumentation, or process industry.
• Ability to work well with people and be able to multi-task.
• Must have personal initiativeand drive to seek out what needs to be done, or ask others what they need assistance with.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the flow of engineering documents through internal and external approval cycles.
• Distribute and track drawings and documents to and from customers via email or dedicated customer portals.
• Ensure correct document numbering, revision control, and version management at all stages.
• Issue approved drawings and related documentation to the workshop for fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of drawing and document status across all active projects.
• Compile and assemble final documentation packages (including data books, as-built drawings, and certificates) for project closeout.
• File and archive completed project documentation into structured, accessible folders on local drives.
• Monitor compliance with document control procedures and recommend improvements where needed.
• Provide document-related support to engineers and coordinate with external stakeholders as required.
