·        Ensures penetration and availability of appropriate brands in General Trade channels.

·        Manages all Distributor Sales Person (DSP).

·        Maximizes distribution efficiency of all his Distributors.

·        Implements merchandising and promotion activities.

·        Gathers and manages information and sales planning.

·        Provides business consultancy to Distributors.

·        Ensures full implementation of total territory management.

·        Builds and maintains goodwill with all trade channel

·        Enhances customer relations.

·        Ensures on time collection of all accounts receivables.

·        Ensures achievement of sales target, ultimate customer satisfaction and continuous growth of ZESTAR business in the assigned area

·        Ensures that all covered accounts are visited regularly.

·        It should be based on bicol

·        Sales experience

·        Will cover distributors in Region 5

·        Drivers license is required
