Description
- Check and confirm materials loaded/unloaded and investigate delivery issues.
- Conduct meetings with drivers and helpers; take minutes.
- Monitor driver and helper attendance and conduct.
- Help with documentation and ensure accuracy of delivery and invoicing.
- Ensure weekly truck checklist is completed, measure diesel, and check truck cleanliness.
- Assist with truck maintenance and report issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With at least 1 year of experience in dispatching, warehousing, manufacturing, or equivalent is an advantage
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably with a strong personality
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office software
